Completion Time
-Completion times vary. I will usually try to give an estimated time of completion, but these times are not set in stone.
-Orders can take any time from one day to a few weeks depending on workload, but I usually like to keep my queue small so wait times tend to be shorter.
-I will send updates when I start on your commission and will always send progress photos. It is your job to tell me if there is anything you want changed when I send these photos, typically once completed it is much harder to change.
-Work will be completed at my own pace to assure the best quality for each of my customers.
-If you need your commission completed by a specific deadline, more times than not that is doable. This will need to be discussed before finalizing your order.
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone if there is any sort of situation that makes me uncomfortable.Payment
-All of the payments I receive are to be in USD.
-I accept payment through Paypal only.
-I require payment 100% upfront before work is to be started on your commission.
-You must be 18+ to commission and you must have a reference of your character. Detailed descriptions may be acceptable but you must check with me beforehand.
-I require money to be sent within 48 hours. Your order will be cancelled if I do not receive payment within this time period. The sooner I receive the payment, the sooner I can start working on your commission.
-Shipping costs are included in all my prices within the US. Additional fees apply for international shipping and must be covered by the commissioner.Edits
-I will fix any edits free of charge if they were made in my error.
-If the customer has already approved the work and has received the file or product of said work and would like edits, I will charge a convenience fee for my time in most cases.
-You may not edit the commissioned work unless you have written permission.Usage
-By ordering artwork from me, you are allowing me to use your commissioned work for promotional purposes to represent my business.
-Exceptions can be made if it is a piece that you are not comfortable with me sharing publicly, just let me know!
-Do not claim my artwork as your own
-Do not remove my signature, stamp, or watermark
-Do not sell my work or profit from it
-Do not edit my work without my permission!
-You can upload your commission to other websites, as long as I am credited!
-You can print your work and use it for personal non-profit use
-You can use your commissioned image as an icon
-I have the right to post commissioned pieces for promotional reasons. If you wish to keep your order private please let me know ahead of time.Refunds
-A full refund can only be given if I have not started on your commission. Once you approve the first sketch you will only get a partial refund depending on how much work has been completed.
-If you have received your work through email or mail you will no longer be able to receive any sort of refund.Shipping
-If you are purchasing an item with shipping, do so at your own risk! I am not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
-I will not refund or redo art pieces that are lost in the mail, you will need to place a new order.
-All packages will be sent with a tracking number which I will provide to the customer.
-Any shipping issues can be dealt with through the United States Postal Service.
-I am not liable for damages after the item is shipped.
